1. Is Zeffy really free for nonprofits?
Yes. Zeffy is completely free for nonprofit organizations. They receive 100% of your donation with no platform or transaction fees deducted.​​

2. Why am I asked to add a tip?
Zeffy is funded by optional donor tips. These tips help Zeffy operate the platform at no cost to nonprofits.​​

3. Is the tip mandatory?
No. The tip is completely optional. You can reduce it to zero by selecting the “Other” option in the dropdown menu and entering $0.​​

4. Who receives the tip?
Tips go to Zeffy to support platform operations and services. They do not go to the nonprofit.​

5. Will I receive a donation receipt?
Yes. An official donation receipt is generated immediately after your contribution is completed.​​

6. Is my payment secure?
Yes. Zeffy uses secure payment processing systems to ensure your personal and financial information is protected
